Terms of Service

These terms apply to the ArivaCV website, app and Chrome extension (“ArivaCV”), operated by Amit Soni. By creating an account or using ArivaCV, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you put in your resumes.

2. Free credits and credit passes

• Every new account gets 50 free AI credits once. Building, editing and downloading resumes is free.
• AI actions use credits. The website and the Chrome extension share one balance. Current costs are on our Pricing page.
• Credit passes are one-time payments processed by Razorpay. They don't renew automatically. Credits you buy never expire; they stay in your account until you use them.
• To stop misuse, AI use has a daily fair-use limit.
• Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you use it, and only include experience, skills and achievements that are true. ArivaCV doesn't guarantee interviews, job offers or a particular ATS score.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use ArivaCV to create false credentials, impersonate someone, scrape or overload the service, get around credit limits, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You own the resumes and cover letters you create. We use your content only to store, display, export and improve it for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you share a resume link, anyone with that link can view it until you turn sharing off.

6. Partner and referral programs

Referral credits and partner commissions are paid only for genuine sign-ups and purchases. We may withhold them for self-referrals, fake accounts or other abuse.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Liability

ArivaCV is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

9. Changes and governing law

We'll update the date above when these terms change, and tell you by email about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
