Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

ArivaCV is an online software service. We don't sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

2. How you receive what you buy

When you buy a credit pass, the credits are added to your ArivaCV account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. You'll see them on your Billing page, and they work on the website and in the ArivaCV Chrome extension.

3. If your credits don't arrive

If an hour after a successful payment the credits still aren't in your account, email billing@arivacv.com with your payment ID. We'll add them or refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
